5. What are group leaders’ responsibilities?
We require at least 1 adult for every 10 children. While our staff will ensure that activities are conducted in a safe and inclusive environment, we kindly ask group leaders to actively supervise their children throughout the event. This includes:
• Monitoring children during all activities, particularly cooking sessions, where extra care is needed.
• Taking primary responsibility for children at night, including conducting head counts, ensuring everyone is safely in their tents, and responding promptly to any emergencies.
• Joining in the fun when needed. It’s more enjoyable for everyone when adults take part too!
Your support really makes a difference in helping us create a safe, fun, and memorable experience for all the children. We appreciate having you with us every step of the way!
